My name is Jim Griffin and I conduct an executive education program in Artificial Intelligence, consisting of 12 one-hour sessions over the course of 12 weeks. The program is tailored to your company.

The issue with some other programs . . .
Online AI programs can be very technical, and participation is a personal initiative, unconnected to the company, so those miss the mark in multiple ways. Also, training formats that include participants from multiple companies don’t allow for frank and open discussion, so that’s a big opportunity lost.

About Me
I’m a faculty member at the University of Texas, Austin, where I’ve been since 2020. In addition, I’ve been leading AI and ML projects worldwide for more than 15 years, with dozens of projects completed in the US, Europe, the Caribbean and Asia Pacific, so I have real-world experience. Also, I have a popular YouTube channel and podcast (AI Master Group) with over 30k subscribers across various social media, so you can be sure I know how to present concepts in a compelling way. A Great Value
My program compares very favorably to other courses. A well-known format costs $15,000 per attendee for a program that's 100% online with no customized content, so that's $180k for 12 people. But our program costs only $90k for your whole team for three months, and it delivers content that’s specific to your company in a format that includes customization and interactive discussions. That’s a better value in every way.

Let’s schedule a call. That meeting could set you up to chart the way forward with new AI-driven opportunities in this year and beyond.

FAQs

The program consists of 12 live sessions over the course of 12 weeks. Each week consists of video content that is hosted online, plus a one-hour live session, with discussions that are specifically tailored to your company or to your industry. There is a knowledge check after each video.

Week One includes an AI overview, including neural networks and key applications of AI in banking and financial services. Week Two covers natural language processing, including a case study involving sentiment analysis of financial news articles. Week Three covers a survey of the top machine learning models, including a case study for customer churn prediction. Week Four covers RAG, which is the framework that is used by enterprises when retrieving information from an internal knowledge base or corpus of documents. Week Five covers AI agents and LangChain, including a case study in algorithmic trading. Week Six covers responsible AI and tools or methods for mitigating risk in AI applications. Weeks 7-10 cover case studies related to key use cases of AI in banking and financial services, including personalized banking, regulatory compliance, forecasting, and AI-driven document processing. The final two weeks are devoted to creating an actionable strategic roadmap that identifies the key uses cases for AI, and ranks those based on factors like ease of implementation and business impact.

The program kicks off in Week One with a business discussion that sets the business context, including current and planned initiatives, and concludes with two weeks of opportunity assessment, leading to a strategic roadmap, with a timeline and next steps. In between, the live sessions are interactive, so there are usually key take-aways each week based on a review of case studies from the financial services industry. And since the program includes only participants from your company, the discussions can be tactical and specific to your situation.

There will be about 30-45 minutes of video content to review prior to each session, plus a one hour live session each week.

The live sessions are designed to be interactive. They can also be recorded for later review.

The pre-recorded video sessions are about 10-20 minutes each, on average.

Many AI programs are a personal initiative, unconnected to the company. By contrast, this program is interactive and is designed for members of only your company, allowing for more actionable outcomes.

Also, many programs are designed for front-line programmers and involve mid-term and final projects. But this program is designed for executives. You’ll see sufficient detail to understand how the technology works, but you won’t be required to write computer code.
